Please excuse the simplicity of most of the scenes here. I'm not an artist and I prefer to focus on the development rather than modeling and rendering sample scenes. This is in no way related to any potential speculations that "4D Blue" lacks features that allows the software to create complex scenes. And I know that I will be frequently surprised by guest artists who will be able to create breathtaking images and animations.

Submiting images to the gallery

You are more than welcome to submit images to the Image Gallery. As I mentioned above, I'm not an artist and there is a high chance that you might be able to create much more interesting images than I can. Please submit the images at resolutions larger than 640*480, and include the binary file (BLF) that is used to create them and all necessary image maps.

In a seperate text file please include:

  • Your full name (or nick name)
  • Complete e-mail
  • Title
  • Webpage (optional)
  • Version of 4D Blue
  • Postprocessing tools and what has been done (if anything)
  • Image description - anything extra you want to say about the image
Please compress the whole submission into a single ZIP file and submit it to gallery@4dblue.com
Please don't submit files larger than 5MB. I also reserve the right to resample the images to a different resolution and to change their compression quality to reduce their size. Due to the limited space on my web server, I currently don't accept animation submissions, but you are welcome to link to them from my website. In such a case, please send me only the text file to the above e-mail address.

Thank You!
